Your duties
Als Area Technical Manager (m/v/x) speelt u een belangrijke rol bij het waarborgen van de technische kwaliteit en veiligheid van ons hotel. U bent de contactpersoon voor alle technici in de regio (Brussel, Nederland en Frankrijk) en neemt de organisatorische en technische aansturing van zowel de technici als de deskundige technici op zich (schilders, elektriciens). Bovendien bent u verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:
- Directe technische en ambachtelijke bijstand in het hotel dat onder uw verantwoordelijkheid valt
- Inwerken en scholen van nieuwe technici in de regio alsmede het continu beroepsmatig bijscholen van bestaande technici
- Controleren van en toezicht houden op de kwaliteitsnormen in de regio alsmede meewerken aan het verder uitbouwen van onze technische standaarden
- Coördineren en organiseren van de 24/7-bereikbaarheidsdienst en van de technische overleggen in de regio
- Afstemmen en samenwerken met de Asset Manager op het hoofdkantoor
- Onderhouden van het regionale netwerk van onderaannemers
- Gegevens bijwerken in ons eigen CAFM-systeem en het instandhoudingsbudget helpen opstellen en in de gaten houden
- Ondersteuning bieden bij kleinere en grotere (ombouw) projecten
- Aanvragen en controleren van offertes

Als u een passie heeft voor gebouwentechniek en al ervaring hebt opgedaan op het gebied van beheer van technische systemen binnen gebouwen, dan bent u bij ons aan het juiste adres. Of misschien wilt u juist de volgende stap in uw carrière maken door te solliciteren naar een leidinggevende positie. Het maakt niet uit wat uw uitgangssituatie is, wij kijken uit naar uw sollicitatie. Belangrijk is dat u over het volgende beschikt:
- Technische beroepsopleiding (bijv. op het gebied van elektronica) of relevante ervaring met het onderhoud van gebouwen of interesse in een carrièreswitch
- Logische denkwijze en snel kunnen schakelen
- Open, communicatief optreden en een toegewijde persoonlijkheid
- Flexibiliteit, creativiteit en kwaliteit staan bij u hoog in het vaandel
- Bereidheid om te reizen: voor deze functie moet er regelmatig gereisd worden
- Engels in woord en geschrift is een vereiste voor deze functie. Frans, Nederlands en/of Duits zijn een pré.

Cost of living relief bonus
Prices are continuously rising due to inflation. Therefore, Motel One has decided to pay the entire team a bonus of 3000€ (gross) on top of their salary this year. New employees receive the bonus proportionally.
