Your duties

Mit Ihrem Talent bereiten Sie unseren Gästen einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Neben der Betreuung an der Bar und in der One Lounge haben Sie dabei folgende Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und schnellen Serviceablaufs
Mitwirkung bei der Organisation des Barservices sowie Festlegung aller notwendigen Standards und Ablaufpläne in Absprache mit der Abteilungsleitung
Beratung und aktiver Verkauf des Motel One Lounge Angebots zur Erreichung des Umsatzbudgets in der One Lounge
Unterstützung bei der Bestellung von Lebensmitteln, Getränken und Spirituosen für den Barbereich sowie Durchführung von Inventuren zum Monatsende
Abteilungsübergreifende Einblicke in neue Tätigkeitsbereiche durch die Zusammenarbeit in unseren multikulturellen Teams

Your profile

Cost of living relief bonus

Prices are continuously rising due to inflation. Therefore, Motel One has decided to pay the entire team a bonus of 3000€ (gross) on top of their salary this year. New employees receive the bonus proportionally.
