Your duties
Thanks to your skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following:
- Providing a seamless, rapid service
- Helping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in conjunction with the department manager
- Providing advice and actively selling Motel One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget
- Helping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and carrying out stock takes at the end of the month
- Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
Your profile
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
- Be open and communicative
- Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations
- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together

Cost of living relief bonus
Prices are continuously rising due to inflation. Therefore, Motel One has decided to pay the entire team a bonus of 3000€ (gross) on top of their salary this year. New employees receive the bonus proportionally.
