Your duties
You have a great personality! You will therefore win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements. Your duties will also include:
- Telemarketing, especially conducting initial and follow-up phone calls
- Establishing and expanding the list of clients
- Checking the arrivals list in conjunction with the Sales Manager
- Helping to plan and implement all Motel One sales activities, such as customer events and hotel tours
- Gaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation
Your profile
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
- Ideally have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have some professional sales experience or be looking for a change of career
- Be open and communicative and have a positive attitude
- Have excellent manners and strong negotiation skills

Cost of living relief bonus
Prices are continuously rising due to inflation. Therefore, Motel One has decided to pay the entire team a bonus of 3000€ (gross) on top of their salary this year. New employees receive the bonus proportionally.
